So I purchased this insurance based on advice from a co-worker whose flight was delayed due to external reasons. Luckily this insurance came in very handy for him and reimbursed him for the cost of the flight back to the US. This was a piece of mind and thus was able to relax during my vacation/trip.
When booking this trip, I originally made a mistake on my application. I called immediately and I within a few mins I was speaking with a live operator who quickly amended the mistake. He was extremely polite and his quick response was reassuring that I was working with a reliable company. Without a doubt, I will be purchasing future plans with this company.

The website gave a great method for reviewing and comparing plans. Was easy to use and the policy was what we wanted. To the good fortune of all of us, we didn't need to use it. (Wife had to go to the doctor on ship for a minor "bug", but they didn't bill us at the end --probably would have been about $100 for doctor and antibiotic - and assume they won't in the future ). InsureMyTrip worked well.
