Only suggestion for improvement would be a "Helpful Hints" booklet. When faced with a disruption in travel plans the weary traveler could easily fail to use insurance to best advantage. Example; during our recent trip my family ended up spending all night in the Atlanta airport terminal just because Delta would not or as they contended "could not" provide transportation to hotel and hotel booking. In hindsight it would have been more honest of the airline not tell stranded passengers (lots of them) that there were no hotels rooms available in Atlanta and insurance could have been used to obtain transportation and hotel accommodations for the night, much preferred to the floor and chairs we were forced to spend the night on/in. Hint: don't trust airline customer service, check for your self.

Didn't end up needing to use it. It was a nice peace of mind though! Airplane got delayed an hour and a half due to weather, and we weren't stressed in the least bit knowing that if the weather worsened we were covered.

taking a long time to get back to me. i have know clue whats going on. I"m out a lot of money because my luggage didnt make it to the cruise ship, I was 5 days without it so had to purchase everything! Once person was assigned things went fast and fair! no problems getting claim check at all!
