I had a concern because the trip was supposed to end on 6/27/14. The trip operator made such a mess of the airline reservations that I didn't arrive home until 6/28/14, one day after my policy expired since I purchased it for the stated duration of the trip. Perhaps you could advise clients to add one day beyond the stated end of trip to their policy period so coverage would continue if they don't actually get home on the end of trip date.

As we fortunately did not need to use this on the trip, we cannot give you much feedback.
We almost missed a plane connection, but made it, and our luggage did not arrive with us, but did come the 2nd day.

CSA was most cost effective of a group of highly expensive travel policies overall. We had no claims so it's a sunk expense.

One of our suitcases was damaged and we thought we would file a claim. Because there is so much red tape involved in even submitting the claim we will just buy ourselves a new suitcase without involving CSA. Ridiculous what you make people go through for the price of a new suitcase.
