Generali was very efficient at processing my claim and mailing me a check promptly. I did not use Zelle to process my claim Zelle is a third party that I do not trust with my banking information. Zelle is redundant and useless. I suggest Generali continue to process their own claims and eliminate Zelle.

Due to Covid-19 Generali twice worked with us in using travel insurance. After the first cruise was canceled the insurance was moved to a second cruise which too was canceled. The policy was once again modified to cover a recent cruise which we were able to complete. Had a great time on the new Celebrity Apex crossing from Europe to Fort Lauderdale.

Very glad not to have needed to file a claim. I was very pleased with the representative who assisted me with the purchase. She did an excellent job of explaining the coverage and answering all my questions. Unlike many of my fellow travelers I had some Covid related coverage. Most did not. Highly recommend your company for covering major trips, especially international.

I was stranded at the airport for two days. I tried calling to ensure that I could get home in a timely manner, and I was waiting on hold for hours. Very disappointed.

"We’re sorry the coverage didn’t meet your expectation. As stated in our policy documents, our plans only reimburse for non-refundable, pre-paid trip costs if you need to cancel your trip for a covered reason. It is important that you review your Description of Coverage, which are available before and after your purchase.
