We experienced a flight cancellation extending our trip by one day requiring overnight hotel stay. Filed a claim by email received by CSA 11/30/2015 and check in the mail to us 12/1/2015. Great Customer Service. We'll use CSA again.

Filed a claim for a damaged bag. I had the original receipt and the replacement receipt , and I included photos of damage. I received check for replacement amount within three weeks. This was my first time filing a claim, and I wondered how it would turn out. Quite pleased.

We have good medical coverage on our plan, but needed trip cancellation and other benefits. We are seniors in good health, but it seems all plans we considered were just under the cost of our cruise. Your plan was the best price, but more expensive than we had purchased in the past. If this is the trend, we will have to cut the frequency of our travel.

We just returned from a 15 night cruise and we're very glad we purchased this insurance. We did not need to use it at all, but the piece of mind it provided was worth it! We wouldn't use the insurance on all of our trips, but this one was rather expensive for us and you just never know with weather, health and other issues that could ruin a trip for you. We looked at lots of plans and will certainly use these folks next time we want trip insurance. Excellent service!

Shuttle driver inadvertently left a medically necessary cane/chair on the shuttle and drove away. Claim filed and approved for the full replacement cost of the device. Excellent insurance company. I'll use them again.

CSA Travel Protection received our claim on Dec. 8th
of 2011. We received a claim payment on 1-23-12.
I feel the service for our Trip Interruption claim was
very slow.
