Our cruise around Italy was wonderful, great weather, great sites, and good food. Two situations could have been traumatic but everything worked out fine. Our ship was struck by lightning but was repaired in port. Also, the return flight was cancelled and rescheduled but the airline covered additional unexpected expenses.

We are at an age where we don't feel comfortable traveling abroad without some significant medical evacuation coverage. Their options for this coverage suit our purposes at a reasonable cost. Luckily, we have never had to file a claim, so can't speak to that process but do like their offerings and comparisons amongst plans.
