We made several changes to our itinerary before departure and we were able to easily make the changes necessary to the insurance. This was greatly appreciated. However, there were several price increases to do this, while my daughter's trip insurance with another company did not increase the cost of her insurance for any of our changes.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. After a policy has been purchased, amendments can typically be made prior to the original departure date. To request a change, please contact our Customer Care department with the order number and let one of our representatives know what you need to adjust. The representative will update your policy to see if these changes will affect your premium. If you are increasing the trip cost or adding days to the length of your trip, you may need to pay an additional charge for the additional coverage.Dec 09,2014

Thankfully we did not need to file a claim. We insure every trip we take based on the fact that my Mom is 92. It's one of those deals, if she isn't doing well, no matter where I am with my husband, we're going home. With costs being what they are today, regarding the expense of travel,
the cost of the insurance is a great value and even more valuable when you consider the peace of mind.

Love that Pre-Existing Medical Conditions are covered when purchased within 24 hours of Final Trip Payment as compared to others when it must be purchased at the time of initial deposit. I have purchased CSA Travel Protection at least 30 times.
