Since we didn't have any problems thus not having to file a claim it's difficult to say if CSA provides a good coverage. We're thankful we didn't need to find out as everything went smoothly. It is an expense, and a costly one, that we feel is necessary to protect our vacation investment. The cost is high especially since it only covers a period in your life for approximately ten days.

The test of a good insurance company is how well/easily they pay off when you have a claim. Fortunately I did not need to file a claim but I did find it very easy to buy the policy and the price was good.

Two days before our scheduled trip home there was a blizzard predicted up the north east coast. Several of us where concerned about being able to get on that plane to come home as we were very familiar with the ripple effect that would happen if this were to happen.
I had my policy with me, pulled it out and after reading it I felt very comfortable with the protection I had purchased.. I could enjoy the two days of my cruise and not stress out about the "what ifs".
(By the way, the weathermen were wrong again--we got 2" of snow)
I'm glad that I was referred to your agency and will surely be back when my next trip is planned.

We have never had an event to test how to reach you if something would happen. We did experience a health problem this last trip but not that we had to go to the first aid station on board the ship. I hope we never have to contact your personnel but having that insurance will give me peace of mind.
