In 2014 my husband and I were traveling in Namibia and had a tire blow out. We purchased a new tire for $250. Upon returning to the states, I called CSA. They told me exactly what to send them, (including airplane boarding passes, tire receipts, etc.) Within two weeks, we received a check for the full amount. Their telephone response team is very knowledgeable and will work with you to get the policy best suited to your needs. I have recommended them to my friends.

We made all the air connections and did not lose any bags dealing with so many different airlines. No difficulties arose that would prompt an insurance claim.

Other than purchasing the coverage on-line, we had no opportunity to use your services - Yea, Wahoo. The trip went smoothly and without incident. But it was comforting to know that you had our back should anything go astray.

Excellent customer service and helpfulness when I had to file a claim. The claims specialist was outstanding. She communicated both via email and telephone (responded to cli made to her voicemail). She patiently and politely answered questions, explained payment delays (which were NOT due to CSA, but rather to the hospital's reticence to release records) and kept me abreast of the entire process.
