Did not have to file a claim, so I can't rate whether I would recommend the company. I do know that if you need to file a claim, the # 1 recommenation I can give is "HOLD ON TO ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS".

Don't really know how well program works since luckily I did not need to use it. Felt safe and inner tranquility knowing I was protected should anything arise to cause a trip interruption or cancellation.

I didn't have any problems thank God, so I really can't say if this was a great plan or not. The peace of mind was worth it though. My main concern was London due to all the terrorist attacks that have occurred there, but all was fine when I was there.

Although I did not use the plan for which I am thankful, a gentleman on one of the tours died while on the tour. It made me realize how important it is to have repatriation insurance when traveling in foreign countries.
