Because we had no reason to file a claim this review is not based on hard evidence. But I certainly would use CSA again. More to the point, we have used InsureMyTrip exclusively since our first of a series of trips abroad and across the states by air in 2006. I would not consider an alternative to using InsureMyTrip in the future. They maintain contact during and after the excursion. They are quite the opposite of "take the money and run". Kudos.

Having the coverage gave us more piece of mind than we had on former trips without it. We would recommend it to anyone because one never knows what may happen far from home. Hopefully nothing but if it did, support is an absolute necessity.

The plan was very good and the price was reasonable. When I unfortunately had to make a claim because we were delayed by six days due to bad weather, the initial response was very helpful and swift.
Somewhere along the line however things went wrong and the claim took over 3 months to progress. Partly this was because they didn't make it clear to me what the problem was (it turned out that CSA couldn't open one of the documents I emailed them); partly because they mostly didn't respond to my emails and calling from away is not always easy; and partly because they were just very slow.
In general however I was satisfied with CSA's Insurance Plan and I would recommend it.
