It wasn't much more to buy this third party plan which covers a lot more than what the cruise line offered. I would recommend this site to anyone who's planning an expensive trip, because the coverage you can get is a great value.

Overall we are very happy with the service and coverage provided and the rate charged. It provides us with a piece of mind to know that unexpected issues will be covered. We recently started buying trip insurance and thought we may have to use it once for a funeral. We have an older parent who travels with us, they're in good heath but you just never know. It's a piece of mind and we feel money well spent. It's much cheaper than through the cruise lines, and better coverage.

There were some issues that e encountered with the house that we rented from Islas Mujeres, MEX. Those issues were addressed to the owner and are being reviewed. I reported our trip mishap and your customer service rep was very helpful and emailed me an application for the interruption problems we were having with the accommodations. I'm very satisfied with your response. We did not submit a claim, but kudos to your company for being there when needed.

I got sick on-board ship, but, after reading the fine print of my contract, I found that I was unable to make a claim for travel plans that weren't used due to the illness. This was disappointing since I bought the coverage for this purpose.

Great coverage at a very reasonable price. It was purchased for a cruise but also covered us from the day we left (drove to Miami from VA) to the day we returned home. At the time of purchase, representatives were very helpful on the phone and answered all of our questions. We recommend and will use again in the future.
