CSA provides the coverage I need in unfamiliar circumstances where, as on this recent trip, accidents happen in the most precarious places. In recent years European cities have become incredibly crowded prohibiting all but foot traffic in most historic areas. The climb to the Parthenon is a treacherous hike with few balustrades and slick, uneven surfaces and steps. A member of the tour in front of us fell and rolled twenty feet before someone could stop her. She was completely at the mercy of Greek emergency services which were quick and efficient. It appeared that she would need hospital care. I hope she had good insurance. It eases my mind that I am covered for this kind of contingency overseas. Really, I would never leave the country without that assurance.

Excellent service when purchasing the plan. I wasn't aware that you had to buy a plan within 10 days of INITIAL payment, or pre-existing conditions were excluded. My rep found a plan that covered pre-existing conditions even when purchasing later. It turns out we didn't need to make any claims (fortunately), but the peace of mind it allowed us was important. Thank you!

Fortunately, I have not had to use any of the many policies I have purchased with you over the years. However, the policies have always provided me with peace of mind and comfort, knowing that if there were a problem, the policy would be there to backstop me.

Good price, but thankfully did not need to use it.
Car rental place declined to take the car rental insurance. I was dissapointed with that aspect.
But i was happy that i had the peace of mind of having travel insurance.

With prepaid plans becoming more popular, trip insurance is critical. Too many factors beyond one's control that severely affect trip.
