I'm pleased with the payment of claim. I know you have to deal with fraud, but why do I have to dig through my financial records to prove I paid for the cruise? How could I get to the ship medical clinic without a paid trip?

Very reasonably priced, although (luckily) I didn't need to make a claim I would have felt confident in making one, and knowing that all of my belongings and my trip was fully covered.

I checked all other insurance plans. I felt this was the best plan for the money. I am grateful I did not have to use it, however, I felt more relaxed and secure knowing the plan was in place for my vacation.

Fortunately, did not need the insurance, so do not know how good it was. Did feel it was a bit expensive, as our companions got a lower rate the day before. If we had taken the quote we were given the previous day, ours would have been less.

Although we haven't had to use the coverage, it is good to know that it is there if needed. We find the rates to be very good and will use CSA for future trips.
