I compared several companies, and decided on this one. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is amazing. I called to add more to my coverage and my plan was modified and my updated policy was in my inbox. I highly recommend CSA to anyone looking for a great deal and great coverage.

My mother in law had a stroke 3 weeks before our trip and we had to cancel. We were refunded 25% by the cruise line since we were in the penalty weekand after filling out all the paperwork we we refunded the balance from CSA Trip Insurance about 3 weeks after the paperwork was completed. I highly recommend travel insurance and will use CSA again.Apr 15,2014

Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption would have reimbursed you for your total prepaid non-refundable travel expenses should your trip be cancelled or interrupted for a covered reason. So, if you included the cost of the rental in your total trip cost when purchasing the policy, then you are covered for the rental.
Please keep in mind that you can read the list of covered reasons in all Comprehensive plans by clicking on the dollar amount of Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption within your quote. Be sure to insure the full amount of your prepaid and non-refundable travel arrangements; you may have a problem in a claim if you under-insure. Of course, non-prepaid and refundable items are not covered.Feb 26,2016

My husband fell on ice, tore his knee tendon and broke his kneecap 2 weeks before our trip. He is in a cast from hip to ankle and will not be able to travel for months. CSA was extremely prompt in giving us a full refund. This was our first experience filing a trip insurance claim and we were extremely pleased with the results.

My wife developed a stomach virus two days before we were to fly home.. We thought she might not be able to fly as scheduled. I called the Customer Care department to discuss our options and coverage. The rep I spoke with was most helpful and very pleasant. We will use InsureMyTrip again.

I didn't use the plan, so I really don't know whether it works or not. I was happy with the InsureMyTrip website experience, and a multitude of carriers that were presented to me. I am an insurance professional, so I understand insurance very well. The website does a good job of dealing with a very specialized type of insurance which even professionals like myself don't have much experience with. Even though I did not use the plan, which I am happy that I didn't have to,the coverage as described in the policy seemed adequate.

This is comfort insurance and well worth peace of mind. Often when you do not have it and wish you did you agonize needlessly. Just do it, have it, and know it is there only if needed. I thank all the reviewers for mentioning the value of peace of mind!Apr 30,2014
