With the hurricane coming on our trip I was so happy that we had this insurance. Additionally, there was a vacationer who was taken off in a ambulance on Gran Turks seriously ill. It made me so happy that we would have been covered in case of an emergency.

This is my second time using insure mytrip for a cruise, although I don't need to use the insurance, it did give me a peace of mind knowing I was fully covered. I love how easy it was to get insured online, I will use insuremytrip every time I travel.

I did call customer service and they answered my questions -- eased my concerns. Did not need to file any claims as the Trip was pretty un-eventful from an issue perspective.
