Did not have to use the purchased plan but certainly glad I had it. The package covered everything that could have incurred an unexpected out of pocket expense at a reasonable price.

My Dad broke his hip and had CSA on past cruise. CSA was there for us and made my Dad's care the priority. I will always use CSA as my insurance company for travel needs.
