Had to cancel our trip for health reasons and CSA Travel quickly reimbursed us. The claim process was very fast and easy and CSA reps very helpful. I would definitely recommend CSA Travel Insurance.

It's difficult to rate the plan because I thankfully did not have to use it so I don't know if the coverage was adequate etc., However, given what InsureMyTrip provides in terms of the ability to analyze a very comprehensive number of policies and plans from a wide array of companies, I feel I picked a coverage that I was comfortable with at a reasonable cost. Therefore, I think this is a valuable service and allowed me to choose what I thought was best for me and my trip (CSA Travel Protection Custom). So I would say I am very satisfied with the service the website provides.
