Luckily we did not go with the plan the cruise company offered as it was much more expensive. It pays to contact other options.

We did not need the insurance or use it so we do not know how it would have been if we had needed to make a claim. It was too expensive since the odds are we would not need it and in fact did not need it.

I had to cancel my trip with my siblings three weeks before departure because my husband, who was not going, broke his foot and could not walk without crutches, drive, . . He was basically invalid. CSA honored their commitment, paid me the insured cost of the trip and processed it quickly. It made what had been such a disappointment palatable. I can' t say enough to,praise their honorable response. I will always choose CSA when I have a choice.
