Prior to our last trip, we experienced a catastrophe. We lost our home and vehicles in the devastating Texas flood and had to cancel our trip. We contacted CSA and they immediately began to process our claim. Our claim representative was extremely courteous and sympathetic, and our claim was settled in a very timely manner. Our recommendation of CSA couldn't be higher.

I assume that the coverage was adequate and payments would be promptly handled. We have traveled the world extensively for 20 years and fortunately never have needed the insurance. However, it gives a secure feeling to know it is in place if we ever do need it.

We normally do not purchase travel insurance but due to the many travel arrangements we decided that for this trip it would be the prudent thing to do. We researched various plans and CSA was the best value not to mention a fair price. A comparable plan through a different company would have cost us an additional $500 or more. Due to a train strike in France we had to make alternate travel plans which were quite expensive and CSA covered the entire cost. We definitely recommend them for your travel insurance needs and will use them for our next trip. Thanks to CSA Travel Protection for taking care of our claim and keeping us informed along the way.

We spent 3 weeks in France recently and decided we needed to get travel insurance coverage since we discovered our credit card only pointed us in the direction of assistance rather than paying for it.
We felt much more at ease knowing that we were covered should anything untoward happen. Fortunately we had no issues. We found the coverage cost, bang for buck, was very reasonable. We recommend CSA Travel Protection. We got most of the way through our trip before realizing we should have given our CSA policy number to our children should anything happen to us. We recommend anyone else do the same.
