Once I actually filed the claim, the process went very smoothly. I received email confirmation when you got my claim forms, and once they were processed. My check arrived very quickly. However, I was never able to get the online claim website to work at all. It took several very frustrating phone calls over the course of a week to finally get someone who was willing to e-mail the necessary claim forms to me. Your customer service people need customer service training!

The worst travel insurance company EVER! When I realized that the plan did NOT cover complications from normal pregnancy I tried to cancel the plan within the ten day grace period. It took me over 6 hours on the phone, had to file no less than four exception requests which went unanswered for weeks. The time it took to deal with an exception requesting to cancel put me outside the ten day grace period so they refused it again. I cancelled all insurance with them and found a more reputable company.
