We didn't go on our trip because our hosts asked us not to come, (because of the Covid-19 virus). We applied for a refund from EVA Air one month before the flight, but they kept $200.00 from each ticket for a total of $600.00. It doesn't seem that this insurance will compensate us for the additional loss.

I always use InsureMyTrip for myself and my family members when we travel. I find the plans affordable and comprehensive. The web site is user-friendly and fast and the information is very easy to compare. I highly recommend InsureMyTrip

Generali Global Assistance Standard
It's a good web site to do comparative shopping of plans offered. Navigation is easy. Had trouble to determine the quote was for both (a couple) or for per person. I ended up having to call to verify. We did not have to use the policy, but it gave us a peace of mind when we are traveling abroad.
