We did not have to file a claim on this trip with CSA Travel Protection but we did on our last trip. We were very pleased with the timely response from CSA. It was an easy process all the way to the end.

Do not buy travel insurance from this company! My trip was interrupted by circumstances entirely out of my control, but I was told that the "circumstances were not covered"! So what is covered?

I had no issues or claims so this CSA Travel Protection Custom policy was not tested. The price and coverage appeared to be good value as long as the company was reliable.
