This plan offers comprehensive Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage if you have to cancel or interrupt for one of the listed covered reasons. It was a little more expensive than I had wanted to pay. However, I also purchased the policy just before leaving. I only take out insurance on longer, more extensive vacations. Although, I have not had to file a claim, I came very close to doing so on my last trip. With multiple trains going to Harwich International to board a ferry to the Netherlands, we still almost didn't make it as someone was hit by a train. This created massive disruptions from Liverpool St station. You never know if/when something is going to happen and the source of the problem can be very unexpected and not the fault of the provider. I do not know if I would be writing a positive review if I had filed a claim, but there was a certain peace of mind knowing that I could if needed.

I experienced a medical emergency 3 days before departing on a cruise, It was easy to download claim forms and fax claim to CSA. I truly expected a big hassle, but our claim was approved and we received full reimbursement in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend InsureMyTrip and CSA.

I have obtained trip insurance from InsureMyTrip a few times now and have been very satisfied each time. I am glad not have had to ever file a claim, but have felt at ease knowing the coverage was there. Also, this year when I made hotel reservations in Europe I took advantage of non-refundable lower room rates by pre-paying knowing that if I did have cancel, I was covered by my trip insurance. Although I know I can obtain coverage online I have been particularly grateful for the assistance offered by Customer Care in finding plans that meet my needs.

Our return flight from Boston to Raleigh was cancelled which meant another hotel for the night. Once I secured a letter from Jet Blue regarding the cancellation and re-booking and sent the paperwork to CSA I had a check in less than 10 days!! Fantastic service!! Will definitely buy their product again.

Happily we didn't have any problems during our recent trip and therefore didn't have to file a claim. We purchased the plan for the coverage and the peace of mind it provided. So it was worth the cost to have that peace while we were away.

I purchased this insurance for a sponsored tour of London and Paris because this was less expensive than purchasing insurance through the tour operator. Thankfully, I didn't need to use the insurance, but I believe this plan would have been there for me if I needed it.
