This plan offers comprehensive Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage if you have to cancel or interrupt for one of the listed covered reasons. For our travel needs, the plan covered what we needed. Thankfully, we did not have to file a claim. But, we received complete info (via email) how to do so, contact numbers, and plan documents.

It is annoying to pay a considerable amount of money for what actually amounts to nothing, but as with most insurances, one always hopes to not have to use it. Because I have not needed to make a claim, I have no idea how to rate this policy. I simply chose the least expensive option that provided the necessary coverage.

All worked out. I purchased the insurance for "just in case" problems. Everything was fine. It was a piece of mind to have this insurance. I had purchased insurance from CSA before and filed a claim once. I completely trust CSA. Will purchase again when I travel next. Thanks.

We didn't have a claim - so can't say much about the Program.....and I'm only rating it, because this silly computer program will not let me submit, unless I fill in all the squares. Honestly I have no idea if it's a good Program - as I never asked them to do anything.

Fortunately, I did not have to use the plan, but it afforded me great comfort to know that I had emergency coverage as I was travelling with a young child.

Any insurance that you buy you really hope that you will not need to use it. Not until you have a claim do you find out just how good it is and since we had no claims I cannot say how good it would have been. But it was nice knowing that it was there just in case.

The peace of mind on my trip for such a reasonable price was worth the price of the insurance. I did not need to file a claim, however knowing that if my trip was interrupted due to a covered family emergency I could get home quickly and without complications made my vacation much more enjoyable.
