I was stranded at the airport for two days. I tried calling to ensure that I could get home in a timely manner, and I was waiting on hold for hours. Very disappointed.

One of our tour mates had her purse stolen. Don't remember if that was covered, but 2 others luggage was lost. I felt safe with my coverage.
