This plan offers comprehensive Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage if you have to cancel or interrupt for one of the listed covered reasons. This plan also offers coverage for missed cruise connections and emergency assistance services.

I did not have to use the plan. I felt very secure knowing I had purchased the plan. My son had previously purchased a plan for a cruise advising me to use your plan. Thank you for making my trip more pleasant.

My overall view is that travel insurance is an unfortunate need to protect a trip. I think each travel supplier should provide insurance as part of the cost of their services. But sadly they do not. That being said I have used CSA in the past and as long as the cost is low and service is high I will likely continue. Please note that I have never made a claim so I do not have that experience with CSA.

Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. CSA travel protection paid claim for the hotel stay, all meals, and incidentals caused by the delay. It took only 18 days from the time we sent in the claim to the time we received their check. Their customer service responded within 11 days by email from the time we sent in the claim. We will continue using CSA and InsureMyTrip in the future and recommend them to all our friends!

CSA was wonderful to work with. They monitored my case carefully, and they sent me a check for the balance not paid by my medical insurance. I would definitely use this travel insurance company again.

We took a 19 day trip from Ohio to Seattle for daughter's wedding and then 12 days of independent travel in SE and some interior.
One concern was weather delays with tightly scheduled trip but everything (boat tours, ferries, flights) went as scheduled, regardless of weather, so no claims but it was nice to know insurance was there.
Having been there, I feel it would take some serious weather to stop an Alaskan tour business.
