Your representative was more than helpful throughout the process of reviewing my options and finding the package best for me. The problem with this plan, as with others, is that one signs on a very long document, in small print, which is too detailed for one to really understand, and for which one does not have the time to really analyze. So one goes blindly and hopes for the best.....
