Your representative was very helpful in our decision making process and we are glad we had this plan even though we did not use it. The only objection I have is the several emails we got that did not pertain to our situation, e.g. hurricane insurance for the gulf area when we were going to China! I would appreciate not getting ads for more coverage that I did not need.

We have used this site for travel insurance several times and, fortunately, have not had to file a claim. So, I just have to assume that the plan cover adequately and that there are no hitches between what I think is covered and what the agency believes it has covered.

This is the second time I've used travel insurance and both times, CSA offered the best coverage for things I cared about, at the best price. Happily, I've not needed to file a claim either time, so the lower price seemed an even better deal in retrospect. InsureMyTrip.com was a really handy way to compare plans, too.
