The plan is great, but it would be better to have one plan that includes the travel insurance and the medical evacuation insurance. One plan should have both for one price.

I thought for the price that it should have included auto insurance. I had to pay the rental car company for insurance as well, so it became quite costly.

    The CSA Custom policy does provide additional coverage for a rental car, for an additional premium. This benefit is not automatically included but is provided as an additional option you can choose when purchasing the plan. This benefit can also be added to your policy even after you have made your initial purchase.

    We recommend contacting us at 1-800-487-4722 if you find you need additional coverage for your trip or want to make a modification to your plan. Our office is open 7 days a week.

Ok, it's pretty hard to evaluate an insurance plan when no claim is filed, because that's when you find out if the company/plan is worth it! So, I'm satisfied with my purchase because I didn't have to use it!

I am a travel agent and when I confirmed the policy I asked for a written copy to be mailed (USPS) to me. I never received it, so I had to print the document to take while out of the USA just in case I needed it. I always get a printed mailed copy for clients and myself, this is the first time I didn't receive it.

Thought I was going to have to use as my baggage did not arrive with me from Ireland via Chicago but they did track it and saw what flight it was on and delivered it to my door after midnight. I had already begun listing all items in the bag and realized that money replacement could in no way replace my items so thankful they found it.

Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim this year. Last year, my husband had a medical condition that forced him to cancel his trip to Europe. We filed a claim for that trip. It could not have been easier or faster to receive our refund. We will definitely use CSA again for our travel insurance needs.
