While we did not need to make a claim, as we have done successfully in the past with CSA, we had the peace of mind that the company provided. We had no problems on our trip but the peace of mind was worth the cost of the policy. Our parents are both very old and in frail health. This policy allows us to travel with the knowledge we could return home without huge expense.
