We did not need health care coverage so InsureMyTrip advised us which plan to purchase. We ended up getting all the coverage that we needed without paying an exorbitant price. We did not need to use it but were very happy to have the piece of mind as one of our flights was delayed by three hours and if it had been delayed any longer, we would have missed our connection to the boat.

I telephoned your office and received a warm welcome as well as prevalent information which assisted with decision to purchase insurance from this company. My daughter got sick a couple of days before our trip and I had to file a claim. I expected to have to go through several months of back and forth letters and forms and phone calls but it didn't turn out that way at all. The website took me right to a claim form with detailed instructions. I filled out the forms and included the documentation required and sent it in. About 2 weeks later, I received a check in the mail. No hassles. I am very happy and will CSA Travel again.

The CSA travel protection custom plan appears to have good coverage, but the real proof has to be if I had to file a claim. I have bought this travel plan many times in the past, and due to my senior age, is more expensive than if I was younger. Considering I've never filed a claim, plans (any plan from any provider) should give discounts to repeat customers who have never filed a claim.
