Good thing we didn't need to file a claim... But the peace of mind that this insurance gave us was priceless!!! We had the insurance for a trip to the Bahamas, which got cancelled by the tour operator due to H. Matthew... We changed our destination to Mexico, but travelling within the same dates and we DID NOT have to buy a new insurance, they allowed us to use the same one with some minor adjustments!!! Talk about customer service... Will definitely use this travel insurance again and recommend...

The price is reasonable and insurance is easy to buy. On the latest trip, I did not need to use any options. But the last year I had a dramatic sudden health issue. The insurance reimbursed all my medical expenses. Since then, I recommend this insurance to all my friends when they plan to go anywhere.

We received great phone support during our trip when determining if we could get a refund due to weather delay and our claim was processed very quickly. We received a full refund for our cancelled trip within 3 weeks. While it was awful to miss our trip, CSA made our decision to come home a lot less painful on our wallet.
