While spending two weeks in France, it was comforting to have one less worry about the cost of medical emergencies. We suggest everyone comparison shop travel insurance. We saved several hundred dollars as compared to the price quoted by our tour operator.

Prior to our last trip, we experienced a catastrophe. We lost our home and vehicles in the devastating Texas flood and had to cancel our trip. We contacted CSA and they immediately began to process our claim. Our claim representative was extremely courteous and sympathetic, and our claim was settled in a very timely manner. Our recommendation of CSA couldn't be higher.

Used CSA before on international trip. Always found the coverage reasonable and the website easy to use. However, never had to file a claim, so not familiar with that process. Overall, satisfied.
