Very easy to compare different plans and to select the plan most suitable for my needs. Cost was very reasonable. I am very glad that we did not need to use the insurance, but felt much more secure having it.

CSA originally denied part of our trip interruption claim. A phone call did not help, but a follow-up e-mail explaining the situation in more depth caused CSA to pay the entire claim. It took a little persistence, but CSA ended up by doing the right thing by reconsidering their original decision.

I have used CSA for two trips, and it appears to be good coverage for the premium. I have an annual medical travel policy, so I really only need the trip cancellation, but CSA is more comprehensive and would be appropriate for people who want more comprehensive coverage.

My claim was handled very promptly, and I received all the money back that I claimed. CSA had a few questions regarding the medical portion of my claim and the condo rental, but they contacted me and all parties involved in a timely manner. I received my check within a month. Very satisfied.

Cost seemed fair for the coverage that I purchased. I have heard from people who have filed a claim with a different company, that it is very difficult and time consuming to get a claim paid.
