Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip to Russia and canceled the insurance I had purchased. Since it was within the 14 day review period, I was told the full premium would be refunded, and I am now waiting for the refund to show on my credit card statement.
Working with Insure My Trip was helpful and pleasant. The agent was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and to work with me to determine the appropriate plan for my situation. The plan seemed to provide the coverage I wanted and the cost was reasonable. I would use Insure MyTrip again if insurance were needed.
If a Customer Care representative cares to contact me, I would be willing to talk with that person.

Thankfully did not have to file any claims for our trip. This was the second time we have purchased travel insurance from your site. It was easy to compare plans and pricing to fit our needs .

There were several promises to follow up on my claim but no-one ever called. It took two and a half months to receive the payment and there were no problems!! We submitted everything in a timely manor and then just waited without knowing if Global Alert was alert or not!!

Customer Advocates are representatives assigned to assist customers who experience issues after filing a claim. I felt the plan was very reasonalbly priced, the best I could find. The person to whom I spoke with regarding this plan was fully knowageable and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and more. I will most definitely use this servcie again on my next trip. Thank goodness I did not need to, but on my recent trip there were a few people who had to use their medical insurance. One just doesn't know what may happen. Knowing one is insured for the unexpected is most important and an item that cannot be missed.
