The best part was the interaction with the representative of InsureMyTrip - made the process of sorting through much more efficient. I was however armed with the possibilities and what I generally wanted covered before I made the call and that helped both of us.

Fortunately, we did not need to "test" the plan, so we have no experience with whether it would have covered what we would have needed it for. In theory the plan gave us peace of mind for our perceived risks.
