The only item not covered in the plan was trip cancellation. However, as I had to cancel my participation in the trip due to illness and was substituted by my niece, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a refund for the cost difference. It made the cost of the plan even lower -- a bargain price !!

I didn't realize that this plan only covered lost luggage and not destroyed luggage, which mine was. :(

The process to buy the policy was simple & effectively executed. It didn't have all the elements I know to be important (having lived in the past in the countries to where I traveled on this trip). But, the purchase process is exactly the type one would hope for. I used an Agent rather than on-line as they were better at describing the policy. On-line descriptions are too vague / not clear.

This plan does not have cancellation insurance, and that is why it is not as expensive as those which include this item. I would probably buy insurance that includes this in the future and would, of course, pay more.
