I say this every time I get a survey from you guys -- I'm buying a product I hope never to use, a product whose efficacy can only be determined when it is used, in which case I would not be around to fill out surveys. Instead of asking me about the plan, why not ask me about the service, which I think is great!

This was very easy to purchase and very reasonable. All I wanted was the accidental death coverage in case of an accident while flying, or on our bus tour. Thankfully, we did not have to put in a claim. I am trusting that any claim process would have been simple and quick for my beneficiaries.
