To be honest, I never had to file a claim so I truly don't know how good they are in responding to a claim. This is really where the plan will show up as being 5-stars or less. I used it for my trip and I liked that I entered each specific cost so that they would reimburse me appropriately if I had to use it.

Customer service of insure my trip was excellent, they helped me narrow down the search on a few specific priorities and highlighted a plan I would of otherwise not recognized that was the best fit balancing also price.
