Since we didn't have any major problems, it wasn't necessary to file a claim. Therefore, it is really impossible to rate the insurance. I assume if we had filed a claim the process would be the same for any insurance company.

Fortunately for me no medical issues. Altho one traveler did have to go to the hospital. So I find it is a must when you travel overseas.
