We had to cancel our trip due to a death in the family. The first thing the claims agent said was, "I'm so sorry for your loss." That kind of consideration counts for a lot!

Buying the insurance was an easy process and the terms and conditions seemed to provide good coverage and gave us the peace of mind we needed. Thankfully we didn't have to submit a claim so cannot really comment on how easy or difficult that would have been or what the coverage would have provided in that situation.

No problems - I find trip insurance very expensive. We usually tale three trips a year and rarely use it. Out of thirty trips in the last ten years I needed to file a claim once.
