We ended up having our Haiti day changed to Jamaica at the last minute due to political unrest. Our Aruba & Curacao stops were unchanged. I wish it was easier to understand exactly what coverage I purchased ahead of time. I purchased an additional health policy from GeoBlue because I could not understand completely what medical was included in this plan.

I've had great experience with Nationwide for other insurance needs. Thankfully I did not need to use my travel insurance on my recent trip, but I imagine if I had to, Nationwide would have assisted as they always have. Cheers!

I think that pre-existing conditions should be covered period, rather than only being covered if the policy is purchased w/in 10 days of booking a cruise.

60 day medical look back needs to be shorter.
Had to juggle important medical appointments around this 60 days period to avoid the non treatment of pre existing conditions.

Universal Cruise
While we did not have to use this plan, we were glad to have purchased it. As long as prices stay low and the customer service representative continue to be as polite, pleasant and informative in all aspects, I will continue to refer your company. Would be nice to have incentives or bonuses to those customers who refer others to purchase your insurance.

Of course you never know how good a plan is until you need it. Since we did not use the coverage it is hard to evaluate. But on the surface it looked like exactly what we needed.
