Since I had no claim, it is hard to give a review. I would not have purchased the plan if I did not think it would suit my needs. I also thought it was very reasonably priced compared to similar plans.

I only filed one claim with the company and that was for an medical emergency. The fee for treatment was a reasonable 75.00. TruTravel reimbursed 25.00. A few years ago we used American Express as our travel insurer and had a similar incident. American Express reimbursed for the entire amount. Not a fan of TruTravel and will not use them in the future.

There is a $50.00 deductible for all medical claims on the TruTravel Super Saver plan.Sep 26,2011
