This plan covered everything we needed for a wonderful trip. We didn't file a claim because everything went amazingly so I don't know how well their customer service is. Definitely, a worthwhile consideration if planning a trip overseas.

I actually appreciate the opportunity to make this review because we are still pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service and prompt coverage of our claim. We booked this insurance 18 months ahead of our travel, and as one part of our travel changed, it was the Nationwide Company representative herself that made us aware that there was coverage for that change. They then provided clear and explicit instructions for forms and how to submit them and then we received our check in less than 10 days.
We can only think that if we had had a true emergency or other difficulty, Nationwide's assistance and claim response would have been equally quick. Based on our interactions with the representatives and fast claim coverage, we highly recommend this company and will definitely look for travel insurance with them again!
