My husband developed a severe back injury 1 month before our departure date, and as he was not able to travel, we had to cancel our cruise. I submitted the required paperwork and was compensated for all my lost revenue and non-refundable deposits. Was very happy with the plan and the way the company handled the claim. Customer reps were helpful.

Peace of mind at a reasonable price - what could be better? Thankfully, we didn't need to file a claim, but it was good to know that we would be covered should the need arise!

Like all good insurance you hope you never have to use it. Have piece of mind while traveling that if something happens we are covered. While on this trip an elderly passenger on the trip ended up in the hospital and the hospital was not going to release her (heard the conversation the daughter had with hospital while traveling on the bus) with out a payment of $10,000 being made on a credit card. The daughter had to call the US Embassy for assistance.

These reviews are a little silly for purchases. If one hasn't made a claim, it's difficult to know how the claims will be handled, which is what matters. Generally speaking, since most of this isn't primary insurance and you may have coverage with other providers, it is overpriced.
