My flight to Aruba was canceled because JetBlue had staffing issues and I arrived in Aruba one day later. I incurred a $385 hotel cost which was nonrefundable. JetBlue did absolutely nothing for me and now Nationwide denied my claim because my flight needed to be canceled because of weather. Do not use this company. They will find a reason not to pay your simple claim.

We were scheduled to go to Aruba in May, but my wife became ill and we cancelled.
What the resort didn't refund Nationwide did including what we paid to the airlines (used points for some of the cost).
The Nationwide rep that worked with me on the refund was very helpful.
We rescheduled the trip and had no qualms getting trip insurance from Nationwide.

Hard to rate the plan performance since we didn't need to file a claim, but I would say the price was reasonable and coverages adequate.

We haven't had to use this insurance but appreciate the price for the coverage offered. We have found that the coverage offered by the cruise lines is lower and the prices are higher than IMT.

We use Insure my Trip for all our travel. We made a medical claim several years ago and we had no problems with getting reimbursed. I would highly recommend this company!
