We have used Nationwide for our last two trips. Due to flight delays on our first trip, we had to overnight in Miami and Nationwide covered all of the cost with no hassles. I highly recommend! However, if you have a flight delay it helps to keep all of your boarding passes to use for documentation of the flight changes. Boarding pass for the flight missed and pass for the rebooked flight.

Since we had no need to file a claim, this plan (or really any plan) was great. The real test, of course, would have been if there was need of a claim. We are unable to address that.
