The real test of any insurance policy is how it pays when you have a claim. We purchased this policy because it covered the items we wanted to cover. Thankfully, our trip went off without a hitch, and so we do not have to test how well Seven Corners handles claims.

I loved everything about the plan. It covered everything we needed, since my husband has a pacemaker/defibrillator and we needed the "pre-existing conditions" clause, for a great price. It was very easy to download and carry the virtual ID card and checklist with us. Thankfully, we did not need to use it. Will definitely use you again.

Fortunately we did not have to file a claim so it is difficult to say how well it lived up to its promises. I did get a hard copy of the plan as promised and I did like the peace of mind it offered if we would have had to file a claim.

I made a claim for a mysterious disappearance of our camera while in Barcelona. (Given the reputation of the city, we assumed it was pick pocketed). It is not clear in their documents, that if you are on a cruise and have a loss, you must have a document from the cruise line saying it was reported even tho the cruise line had nothing to do with it.

I think you can only rate a plan if, heaven forbid, you need to use it. We did need to cancel a trip years ago due to emergency surgery and at that time (before I knew about you) we had to cancel close to the trip and we were 100% refunded.
Seven Corners, in the purchase area, was easy to compare, learn about the coverage and I will definitely use you again!

I had an unusual claim. It was completed by my travel carrier due to unusual circumstances. I started a claim with Seven Corners in case the carrier did not come through. Seven Corners was very helpful and timely with their information, despite the fact that no reimbursement was necessary on their part.

I cruise a lot and use InsureMyTrip a lot. It is so nice to have many company's to choose from. The last few times Seven Corners had the best coverage for the price so I used them, I have never made a claim with them but the security of having Insurance is well worth the price
