I had a lost luggage problem which turned out to be a travel baggage delay. I sent an email on Monday 1:06 PM California time asking what Seven Corners travel baggage delay coverage would allow me to do? I had to wait for over 27 hours before someone responded. And it was basically a stalling tactic. They never answered my question and instead asked for the policy number, policy holder name and birthrate. I responded with the information and basically never heard from them again. They responded a week later to another of my email requesting their claim procedure. While I wasn't sick or in danger of dying, nevertheless it would have been nice for someone to respond to confirm that I could purchase some clean clothes. Their action is very unprofessional to say the least! It seems that they were more interested in making a profit than providing customer service. What good is their insurance if they don't want to honor it? This is my third time purchasing Seven Corners, but will not use them again in the future.

I selected this insurance with the assistance of a representative from InsureMyTrip. She recommended it based on my own personal circumstances, which include traveling with a handicapped individual. It might not be the best plan for everyone, but it was perfect for my situation. I would definitely consider Seven Corners again, and before some of the more popular carriers.

Although I did need to file a claim for this trip, I was able to travel confident with the fact that any potential travel difficulties were covered. I especially enjoy the ease of applying for travel insurance online and being able to compare coverage and prices offered by competing companies.

I had no problem, but also had no need for the insurance (happily). I would not recommend a specific plan to a friend or relative, because, this is such a fact based selection, but I would recommend the InsureMyTrip website as a good source for comparison.

I can't comment on Seven Corners because I did not need
to file a claim. However, I can comment on insuremytrip,
because I had to change the dates of my trip twice, and
your office took care of all of the details. This web site is
invaluable to someone who wants to buy travel insurance.
It allowed me to compare plans and to get all the details
of the plans. I cannot imagine trying to buy travel insurance
without this site. This is the second time I have used it
and I am certain I will use it again. And not only is the web
site excellent, but so is your service on the telephone.
